Sitali was initially contracted to provide a high level cost plan schedule to price the overhead portion of the TOC and advise project scope. Later Sitali provided interface, cutover and commissioning planning, construction methodology inputs, schedule reviews and estimation services.

Padstow SP0138 Covers

Fabrication and installation of new odour covers for existing pump station asset. Sitali was contracted to provide estimation services during the project bid phase.
