This package engages Sitali as your expert partner through the planning and initiation phase of a new project, from contract award to site mobilisation or for however long you need us. Think of this package as your immediately available project team complete with Project Manager, Scheduler and representatives from design, construction, HSEQ and commissioning.

Core Services
Once you engage Sitali, we act as your in-house project team; creating the schedule, planning the works and authoring all the project documentation. We prepare the drafts, present them to you in a collaboration workshop, amend them to include your feedback and submit for use. All within the timeframes dictated in your contract with your client.
Options
We can tailor our Mobilisation Package to your specific needs. For example, we can assess and adjust the included deliverables, manage the relationship with your client, extend our engagement duration, deliver over shorter timeframes, attend site and deliver team building workshops.
