When you win a new project, we take the reins for however long you need in the run up to site mobilisation. Project planning, schedule creation, documentation authoring, procurement management, client facing - we can do it all.
Our engagement can be deliverable-based or time-based. Either way we let you breathe as you organise your delivery team, safe in the knowledge that the project is being driven forwards, the critical path is secure and the available float is being preserved for a rainy day during construction.
Want that peace-of-mind ahead of contract award? No problem, our service can be extended to start earlier during the bid phase too.

Ben Travers
BEng(Hons) Mechanical Engineering, IEng
An excellent strategic thinker, Ben has successfully delivered a diverse range of green and brown-field, high-value and multi-disciplined water and wastewater projects across Australia and the UK. His people-focused commitment to building sustainable partnerships and empowering individuals to create great teams is the foundation to his project management ethos.
Ben graduated from the University of Portsmouth, a leading institution in results-driven engineering research, and went on to gain a place on the highly selective Executive MBA with the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
Away from work, Ben enjoys applying his expertise to unique projects through volunteer programs with WaterAid and Engineers Without Borders. In his downtime you'll find him rock-climbing, kite surfing or scratching an adventurous itch in a remote corner of the world on his motorbike.
